Shipping Delays

Failed Deliveries:
Please kindly double-check that all your shipping details are precise and comprehensive, including your full name, shipping address, and contact information before purchasing your order. Failure to provide accurate information may lead to your package being sent back to us, and any additional shipping expenses or charges incurred due to the unsuccessful delivery will not be our responsibility.
If your package is returned to us due to delivery failure, we will get in touch with you to coordinate a replacement shipment. Please be aware that there might be a fee associated with the replacement, and we will discuss this with you before proceeding with the new shipment.
